Chair Supported Yoga has the same benefits of regular yoga.
Research has also shown that yoga reduces stress, improves circulation, lowers blood pressure, builds strength, and promotes balance. It is an ideal exercise to loosen and stretch painful muscles. Chair Supported Yoga is the most accessible form of yoga since it is done in a chair and uses the chair for stability. This class is available to anyone regardless of your level.
Chair Supported Yoga takes place every Thursday at 3:00 pm hosted by Jo Hewett, Certified Yoga Instructor.
