Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. The class is slow-paced while holding poses longer while practicing stillness and deep breathing. A FLOOR MAT IS REQUIRED but feel free to bring other props, i.e., bolsters and blankets.
