The benefits of membership in JVSO support a common goal for people 55 and older– to live safely and comfortably in their own homes and communities while remaining healthy and active. We have volunteers, many of whom are members also, ready to assist with transportation, errands, and companionship. We offer free or low-cost informational programs, designed to keep members engaged and connected. Members enjoy educational and cultural programs which include day trips, health and wellness outings, and community events.

Jersey Village Senior Outreach is a member of the Village to Village Network, a national organization that helps individual Villages’ develop and thrive by providing expert guidance, resources, and support.

Why Join?

For each member, the needs are different. Some have joined to help others. Others have joined because of an immediate need for services or to participate in healthy activities. Many join for the social interaction that comes with coffees, exercise classes, outings, cultural activities, or educational programs. If JVSO looks like a good fit, please consider joining us.
